Lunchtime Extracurricular Programs
SAC is happy to help bring lunchtime programs to Denlow families, for your convenience! These activities are run by outside vendors, and we simply help coordinate the schedule.
This is not a fundraising initiative and are completely optional. Please note dates and ensure your children are reminded that they have a program that day.

Please note: Programs will run only if minimum attendance numbers are reached. If your program does not meet the required numbers, you will receive a refund.
ThreadHeads offers children fulfilling creative opportunities through sewing, knitting and textile art workshops and clubs. With meaningful projects, inspiring teaching and high quality materials, ThreadHeads encourages both important life skills and fun.

We are a social enterprise that is as well-known for the educational programs we provide inside classrooms as we are for what we do outside of them.
Inside classrooms, we do it all. From chess clubs to comic book art and from magic to financial literacy and beyond, we provide thoughtfully developed extracurricular programs designed to be inspiring, enriching and (most importantly) fun.

Mad Science Extracurricular Programs
Learning doesn’t stop when the bell rings! Mad Science offers exciting, hands-on science programs that are both educational and fun. Our one-hour sessions run over 8 weeks and are available during lunch hours or after-school. Each program explores a different science theme, from electricity and magnetism to optics, biology, space and beyond. It’s the perfect way to spark curiosity and keep young minds engaged!

Denlow’s Paper Airplane Club

Welcome to The Paper Airplane Club!
Your child will learn to fold a unique paper plane and/or flicker each week, and take home what they’ve made and tested themselves.
It’s hands-on, creative, and a fun way to explore simple aerodynamics through play.
Open to students in grades 3–5.
