Please note that all Extracurricular programs are run by outside suppliers. All registrations and payments are online directly with the vendors. The school office cannot process any registrations or payments, or answer any questions regarding extracurricular programs. If you have any questions, please contact the vendor directly or email the Extracurricular Activities Team at activedenlow@gmail.com.

HOW TO REGISTER:

Registration begins Saturday September 21 at 9 am. Please check this page at that time to access the online registration links, which will be posted below (underneath the program name and description). All registrations and payments are made directly with the vendor. Registration is “first-come, first-served” and will close immediately once the maximum has been met.

After registration, the vendors will confirm directly with you that your child was successfully registered for the program. When the registration period closes, student lists and class locations will be posted on the bulletin board outside the school office. Please have your child check the bulletin board if they need to check the class location.

IMPORTANT NOTE FOR PARENTS (READ BEFORE REGISTERING):

Please ensure your child knows his/her activities and remembers the day of the week and location. Teachers and school staff do not know a child’s extracurricular schedule and cannot remind kids to attend their extracurricular classes. Also note that classes may conflict with a student’s school-run commitments (e.g. tryouts, team meetings, trips); refunds/makeups/credits cannot be issued for individual missed classes. In the case of inclement weather, the vendor will send notification about make-up classes.

LUNCH PROGRAMS: Kids should take their lunch and go to their program location at 11:30 am (when the bell rings at the start of lunch). They’ll have 15-20 minutes to eat lunch before the program starts, supervised by the program instructors. Kids participating in the Pizza and Subway lunch programs need to pick up their lunch on their way to the program location.
